Alison is a Founder and Managing Director at Mind3 where she advises senior executive teams and leaders on issues of transformation and leadership & professional development. In this capacity, Alison helped leaders innovate and adapt to today’s highly volatile and disruptive markets. Equally comfortable contributing at a leadership meeting, providing one-on-one coaching, facilitating an executive team, or designing a program, Alison is responsible for the development and delivery of Mind3’s tailor-made leadership programs, bringing 20 years’ experience gained in 35 countries through a career that has spanned senior line-management positions, extensive advisory experience, and entrepreneurial ventures.
Prior to Mind3, Alison was a founding European Partner at Pivot Leadership, a strategic leadership development boutique that designs and implements corporate strategy and executive development programs for Fortune 500 companies. In prior roles, Alison has launched new businesses, served as a senior executive in a publicly quoted business and served as a Non-Executive Director. Alison served as vice president of global client strategy at Korn/Ferry, where she was responsible for aligning the enterprise to drive deep and lasting client relationships worldwide. Alison’s early career was with KPMG Consulting, where she worked on complex advisory projects in
corporate finance and international development.
Examples of past engagements include working with the COO of a Fortune 200 energy firm to align siloed businesses; leading in-market leadership programs to help the top 100 executives of a Fortune 100 business address key paradoxes facing the enterprise, working with the CEO of a Fortune engineering business to turn around a failing acquisition; helping the leadership team of a top technology firm to convert major sales opportunities; and shaping the professional development curriculum for a rapidly growing technical consulting firm. Today, Alison is a sought-after speaker on women in leadership and a passionate advocate for businesses to recognise the imminent opportunities and disruption of the internet of things.
Alison received her MBA from Edinburgh Business School and her BA from the University of Stirling. She is Level A & B accredited in psychometric assessment with the British Psychological Society, a practicing coach and qualified in the Hogan Leadership and NEO assessment suites. She is also a member of the Neuro Leadership Institute (New York).
Alison loves painting and inventing, is a published children’s writer and lives in London with her partner and three children
