Jacqui is an accomplished business consultant with 19 years’ cross-industry experience in facilitating and motivating business transformation and sustainable business improvement, across the globe. Her expertise in the areas of organisational change and transformation, leadership alignment, operating model redesign and governance design has been applied across both the private and public sectors. Her style and ability to rapidly grasp business needs and challenges in complex business environments and provide pragmatic solutions that leverage best practice, has resulted in her being recognised as a trusted advisor to executives across a variety of blue chip organisations. Jacqui has recently joined CSI after spending the majority of her consulting career with CSC, where she had a pivotal role in developing methodology in the area of organisational readiness, organisational change and leadership alignment. She has created repeatable assets which have been applied by organisational change practitioners globally. She was considered one of the foremost experts on preparing blue chip companies for major change programmes, from readying the staff to aligning the senior leadership. Jacqui was also regarded as an internal training delivery expert designing and delivering training on organisational change, presentations and consulting skills. Her work with a broad range of organisations — including Royal Mail, National Grid, BAe Systems and the Passport Agency — has been key to securing further business and contract renewals. Jacqui holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from Surrey University and spent 10 year of her career driving improvement and radical change across a broad range of manufacturing businesses. Outside of work Jacqui is a keen sports fan (as a spectator). Her passions also include music (playing the piano and attending gigs), trapeze (hanging upside down clears her mind!), traveling and cultivating the sporting and musical talents of her 13 year old son.
