Maia Rapkin is a Senior Project Manager with Mind3. Maia specialises in the delivery of blended learning programmes to executives and managers. With over 20 years project management experience Maia is adept at honing a project management approach to best suit the client’s culture. She works with both training companies and independent consultants to manage and implement large scale training, culture change, employee engagement, coaching and leadership development programmes. Her role includes the creation of a robust project management framework, managing project plans, risks, issues and client communications, providing design support and overseeing the logistics of delivery, assessments and coaching. She also provides advice to small and medium sized consultancies on best project management practice.
Prior to working as an Affiliate with Mind3, Maia spent 8 years as Senior Project Manager at Mercer and Oliver Wyman, Maia gained an excellent reputation for successfully leading the design and delivery of numerous global leadership development and culture change programmes to blue-chip companies such as Fujitsu, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, La Banque Postale, Statoil, Novartis and AstraZeneca. Prior to this, Maia managed a number of European information publishing projects in France and the UK, where she also led a team of project managers. Maia has a BSc Honors in Modern Languages and Marketing. She is fluent in French with intermediate German and basic Spanish.
